VinousThe 2023 Rosato Calafuria is at once energetic and creamy, striking a natural balance between tart stone fruit, ripe berries and round, almost leesy notes of candle wax and lanolin. This is surprisingly complex for a wine of such large production (more than 50,000 cases). Salty and salivating, I keep dipping back into the bottle. A pretty hint of mint lingers on the close. Yum.
